How we Work

1. Preliminary project analysis

Our technicians work closely with the sales department, supporting the customer in the preliminary analysis of the project to promptly provide an initial quotation.

2. On-site inspection

It is essential for the project definition: in-depth knowledge of the machinery on which the structures will be installed and analysis of the operational context allow us to send the final quotation.

3. 3D Simulation and Design

Thanks to the 3D CAD design system, our technical office will be able to provide highly customized solutions from a structural, safety and aesthetic point of view.

4. Manufacturing

Production is carried out entirely at our facility by qualified and experienced operators, with constant monitoring of the process, materials, finishes, and quality of the work.

5. Preassembly in Lotus and FAT

To ensure a service without unpleasant surprises, we perform a pre-assembly of all components to check for defects. A factory acceptance test is also performed alongside.

6. Assembly at customer's site

The assembly phase is greatly facilitated by the functional block palletization for assembly during packaging and the numbering of references for each component to be assembled.
