The definition of required Loading height immediately identifies the right length of the loading ramp from the values of the below table. Once the length is correctly identified, you can check the required loading capacity.

Loading Height (mm) 600
Ramp Length (mm) 2000

Loading Height (mm) 750
Ramp Length (mm) 2500

Loading Height (mm) 900
Ramp Length (mm) 3000

Loading Height (mm) 1050
Ramp Length (mm) 3500

Loading Height (mm) 1200
Ramp Length (mm) 4000

Loading Height (mm) 1350
Ramp Length (mm) 4500

Loading Height (mm) 1500
Ramp Length (mm) 5000

Loading Height (mm) 1650
Ramp Length (mm) 5500

Ramp slope must not exceed 30% (equivalent to 16.5°).
It is possible to manufacture customized ramp models with reduced slope (typically a longer ramp): this request must be communicated while ordering, to customize the production of the ground terminal.

It is critical to consider the maximum weight of the machine (Kg) including operator(s), all liquids and accessories

The difference is made by the wheelbase of the vehicle to be loaded the shorter the wheelbase the lower the capacity of the pair of ramps.

In the case of wheels, measure the distance between the front and rear axles; in the case of crawlers, measure the length of the part of the crawler that rests on the ground, as shown in the figure.

Many loading ramps are available with or without borders. Ramps with borders (Mod. RC) make it safer to get on and off vehicles or machinery. Unlike borderless models (Mod. RCS) gain slightly in width. For example, a ramp of 590mm outside width with RC borders may have only 500mm inside width. This loss in width does not exist on borderless ramps.

Borderless ramps are often required for vehicles with very wide wheels or tracked vehicles. If necessary, ramps can be assembled to form one large ramp or twin ramps (upon request).

Rubber bands are to be selected in case the machine is equipped with steel crawlers. Given that option, ramp model with loading capacity at least 15% higher than the maximum weight of the machine should be selected

They define the length of the ramp and the height of the lateral profile that adjusts the maximum capacity of the ramp.
