Chemical-pharmaceutical walkways are passageways or elevated structures that allow the movement and transportation of people, equipment, and materials from one area to another within the plant. In particular, they allow personnel to easily reach the equipment and apparatus necessary to perform their work and inspections, without having to walk around production lines with long and potentially dangerous paths.
Designed and built to ensure adequate cleanliness and hygiene and to avoid contamination of chemical products, they are made with materials that can be easily cleaned and disinfected and can be equipped with drainage systems for the control of washing waters and chemical substances used for cleaning.
Since often the processed chemical materials produce an acidic environment and in some cases potentially explosive, they are generally made of stainless steel and the grounding is particularly taken care of to avoid as much as possible the production of electrostatic discharges. They are also designed to ensure the safety of the personnel who use them, offering a stable and safe walking and handling surface.
Chemical-pharmaceutical walkways can be equipped with side protection barriers and safety devices to prevent the risk of falls. Additionally, they are built to withstand heavy loads and harsh environmental conditions present within the plant, such as high temperatures or chemical fumes.

1. Preliminary project analysis
Our technicians work closely with the sales department, supporting the customer in the preliminary analysis of the project to promptly provide an initial quotation.
2. On-site inspection
It is essential for the project definition: in-depth knowledge of the machinery on which the structures will be installed and analysis of the operational context allow us to send the final quotation.
3. 3D Simulation and Design
Thanks to the 3D CAD design system, our technical office will be able to provide highly customized solutions from a structural, safety and aesthetic point of view.
4. Manufacturing
Production is carried out entirely at our facility by qualified and experienced operators, with constant monitoring of the process, materials, finishes, and quality of the work.
5. Preassembly in Lotus and FAT
To ensure a service without unpleasant surprises, we perform a pre-assembly of all components to check for defects. A factory acceptance test is also performed alongside.
6. Assembly at customer's site
The assembly phase is greatly facilitated by the functional block palletization for assembly during packaging and the numbering of references for each component to be assembled.
