Reliability and security

Earthmoving ramps are designed to facilitate the loading/unloading and subsequent transport of equipment such as excavators and mini-excavators, self-propelled machines, and wheel or track loaders. These ramps are particularly characterized by solidity and strength, with capacities of up to 22,000 kg (for standard configurations).

Rimless models and models with safety edges (TUV certified) are available for maximum flexibility in use.
Ramps are customizable in length, width and possibly inclination, within the reference scope of industry regulations.

Customized configurations are also possible in terms of capacity and coupling (twin or tri-twin ramps). Specific vulcanized rubber strips are available for iron tracks to be applied to the ramps, reinforced with a carbon steel base and specially designed to last without wearing out.

Finally, it is possible to have pairs with only one edge for each ramp: maximum flexibility to meet all the needs of the industry. Lotus Alutech’s sales department and technical department are at your complete disposal to ensure you purchase the solution that best suits your needs.
